(You can customize your Dashboard page with your own Header banner, and also add your coaches information so anyone that is viewing that page can contact your coaches for more information about your players)

Subscribe to Showcase Scouting Software
(If you are planning on evaluating and recording your player's metrics in a showcase or combine like event, then subscribe to the Scouting System and gain access to the next steps below to create your upcoming events, add your coaches and invite your players to recieve their own FREE Player Report Page showing their post-event metrics instantly on top of giving you leader boards and report pages and more.)

Step 7
Create Your Upcoming Events
Create any event you want whether it's a combine for your team, or you're putting together a paid event for any players to attend, or a seasonal event or even a private instructor event like "Spring batting Lessons", etc. Then see the events you have created. Edit the info if needed and then list the coaches you plan to have run the events too.



Step 8
Add your coaches and then add the players attending the events. Once you add your players and coaches to each particular event, your coaches will have to become a member of the website and then they will be able to click on the link that you provide to them, which will be the actual event homepage link for your Scouting system. They will be able to access that system and evaluate your athletes. If the coach is not added, then they will not be able to evaluate. The players are automatically added to your events roster, and the drop-down within each of the pages. You can delete players as well from your admin page.



Step 9
Start using your Showcase Scouting System and Evaluate Players.
After you have created events, you will be able to access the individual event scout system. On the scout systems page there is a how to use video, so please watch that as it will detail how to use the scout system and record your players metrics. This page also provides access to all of your reports that you write during your showcase combine and give you access to a live leaderboard page as well.



Step 10
Always access your Organization dashboard and Scouting Software through the websites Member Menu, and then inside your "Coach Admin Page" menu tab.

Inviting and Registering your Players
