Plus, each Pro Evaluation comes with Trend Reports that tracks your game's development which can be shared with your team's coaches or college recruiters.

Every athlete wants to have "PLUS" mechanics. It's why we hit off the Tee, throw our Bullpens and practice to be great. If our mechanics are not good or just average, it becomes more difficult to achieve our own Greatness.
"GO FOR THE 6" pushes every athlete to train hard to achieve "PLUS" mechanics. ("Plus" in the Scouting world equals the number "6")
Pro Scouting Grade Scales range from a eight (8) to a two (2) with 8 being Outstanding, 5 being Average, and 2 being Poor. A player's goal should be to have "6" or higher grades on their mechanics and overall game.

We provide players with the opportunity to be virtually evaluated by Team USA and Pro Softball Players/Coaches anywhere in the world. Players receive Corrective Videos to develop their game, objective Pro Coach Evaluations and Trend Reports that they can learn from and share with college coaches in their recruiting process.
We also work with organizations, schools, and teams to provide an objective evaluation of their players, provide insights into their player's strengths and weaknesses, and provide Team Reports to help organizations develop their players and make better personnel decisions.
